In a hurry to take your money and not fix anything

I am embarrassed that I recommended Barron's to a friend based on Kudzu reviews. Serviceman was in and out in less than 15 minutes, didn't diagnose anything, and the problem was worse when he left. The service man was told the compressor was slogging oil with high side going from 200-500psi. Serviceman didn't even put his gauges on the high side. Instead he put gauge only on low side and injected 2# of freon, hosed off condenser coil and immediately left. Less than 15 minutes later compressor was again shutting down due to over charge of freon. Slogging will destroy a compressor quickly. Customer left message on Barron's answering machine. Call was never returned. Save your money and look elsewhere!
