I selected Bardi to replace my 22 year old heating and air conditioning equipment and modify the existing system to correct deficiencies because they listened to me. Instead of quoting on simple replacement of equipment with more efficient heating and AC units their representative reviewed what my goals were and recommended several options for replacing the equipment and to address major deficiencies in the existing system. By listening and thinking "out of the box" the resulting installation, provided at a competitive price, significantly improved the system's overall performance while reducing operating costs.

Outstanding Service

Home Energy recently increased the energy efficiency of my house by adding blown insulation in the attic to satisfy R-49 specifications. The owner/manager was personally involved in the work. In addition to reviewing the work and submitting the proposal, he made an inspection with me after completion. The work was completed as quoted, on schedule and follow-up inspection request coupons provided for inspections at 1, 5 and 10 years.

Outstanding Work

Deluxe Roofing replaced the 22 year old roof on my large ranch house in late July, 2010 with GAF High Profile 30 year roofing. The roofing and all accessories were first class. the workmanship excellent, cleanup outstanding and the work completed ahead of schedule.
