LOVE this company!!

What a lifesaver Snappy was! I had a major plumbing leak and my previous plumber wasn't available so I was calling down a list of companies, based on reviews I'd read. Snappy was far and away the most responsive company I contacted. From the friendly, compassionate woman who answered the phone, to the stellar technician (Jason) who came almost immediately, plus the person who called the next day to follow up and be sure I was happy and even the general manager who returned a call to help me get the info I needed for my homeowner's insurance..... these folks are AMAZING!!

Jo Jo's Asian Massage

Great massage - good for my back AND my wallet!

As a busy woman on a budget, I love the treat of a massage, but don't do it very often -- or at least that used to be true! To be honest, I was a bit skeptical about a $50 massage and when I pulled up to the modest little storefront location, I wasn't sure what to expect. But, WOW - all that changed when I opened the door. I was greeted immediately and since I'd messed up a little bit on my appointment time, they weren't quite ready for me -- totally my fault and I was happy to wait, but they were so kind and even offered me a free service since it would be a little while before my massage therapist could take me. It was only a few minutes to wait and then I was escorted back to my massage room. My therapist (Lola, I think) was AMAZING! She started off very gently, but as the massage went on, her skilled, strong hands worked absolute magic on my back and shoulders. I can't believe what a great massage this was and at this price, I plan to be back SOON! Don't hesitate for even one more moment -- you'll be sooooooo glad you did!! :)

Great experience!

I found Champion through Kudzu and was impressed with all the high ratings... and now I see why! I called first thing this morning about water backing up into my downstairs shower, and was pleased to get a quick answer from LeeAnn who was both friendly and professional. After checking the schedule, she called me back and said they would work me in today and less than 3 hours later, David was here. He clearly knows what he's doing but I was also impressed that when he found a potential issue that could be addressed by someone with a sewer camera, he suggested that, even though he didn't have one. I can think of lots of businesses who would have just ignored it or tried to figure out a work-around and charged me accordingly. David was easy to talk to, not condescending in the least, and was sensitive to my budget concerns. All in all, a great experience. Champion is my champion!! :)

Tea Leaves & Thyme

Perfect Ladies' Lunch place!

Even if you're not in the Woodstock area, this little jewel is well worth the drive! The tea selection is astonishing - for about $2 a person, you can try many, many different kinds! - and the little pastries, scones and sandwiches are out of this world. For those who love sweet teas, the Creme Brulee and the Chocolate Coconut Macadamia Nut teas are an extraordinary treat! Enjoy!!

Prestige Spas

Great Place to Buy!

I wanted to buy my first hot tub and spent several months looking at different models and dealers. The folks at Prestige - especially Bob Hunt - were friendly and incredibly knowledgeable. I ended up purchasing a refurbished spa from them since I didn't want to make a huge financial investment until I saw how much I actually used it. Everyone I worked with was great... the delivery & setup was quick & professional, and I loved that the next day someone came to my home to walk me through all the necessary maintenance. Great customer service and worth every penny! Thanks, Prestige!!

Reliable is well...... RELIABLE! :)

In the midst of a family crisis, my AC went on the fritz. I needed a quick solution and didn't have time or energy to do research like I usually do. I logged onto Kudzu and in just a few moments found Reliable and saw the great ratings......... and now I see why!! I called about 9 am and by early afternoon Larry was here, even though I know this has to be a very busy time of year. He was courteous and knowledgeable and got me back up and running in no time. Best of all, I was half-anticipating I'd need to change out my whole system and while Larry did say I should probably start saving up for that expense, he was able to get my unit fixed and my house cooled for an incredibly reasonable price. Thanks Reliable... you'll be hearing from me when I'm ready to replace my system! :)

Metropolitan Dental Associates, PC

Mediocre at Best....

I've never had dental problems before, but had chipped an old filling. After reading the great reviews here and discovering Metropolitan Dental accepted my dental plan, I made an appointment. Everyone was very nice and I especially liked Dr. Reza, however there was a big push to book 5-6 future procedures. I didnít feel comfortable with that and said I wanted to take it one issue at a time. During my crown procedure, the drill nicked my tongue. Because of numbness, I didn't know it, but was surprised to see blood on the paper bib afterwards. At home the feeling returned and I discovered a blistered groove in the side of my tongue. My whole mouth throbbed painfully and kept me from sleeping for almost a week. I know anyone can make a mistake and I may even have inadvertently put my tongue in the way, but I canít BELIEVE no one mentioned it to me before I left the office!! Worse, when I called to inquire about pain medicine, I felt like I was perceived as overly dramatic and a nuisance. Since Iíd already paid them, I had to go back for the permanent crown and they were able to finish up the work without major incident, although I was annoyed both times that the hygienist was ridiculously distracted by the TV (almost dropping the permanent crown down my throat!) but to be honest, by my second visit I wasnít feeling very unbiased. Use this dentist with caution!

A Very Satisfied Customer!

I absolutely LOVE this place! I had recently moved to a new area when my "Check Engine" light came on. I was worried both about the cost and finding a mechanic I felt comfortable with. After reading lots of online reviews, I chose Christian Brothers at Towne Lake and WOW did I make the right choice!! James (Service Manager) was funny and friendly, but also incredibly professional. He explained the issue they found clearly without being condescending and was quick to suggest several options to help me figure out the best way to keep my car safe and stay within my budget. Danny the owner was also there and when they offered the complimentary shuttle service, Danny himself drove me home. This place REALLY takes Customer Service seriously and they've definitely won a customer for life!!
