Hello Tim, My wife and I would like to thank you for a very pleasant experience with our home inspection. You were very thorough, and you answered all of our questions and suggested many maintenance ideas throughout the entire inspection. You pointed out some of the minor concerns that would need to be addressed some time down the road, and that will help us plan what repairs we are going to do and when. We are glad that we both decided to be there for the inspection, as we both learned a lot about the house, and we both got to meet you. You are a very likable guy, and very down to Earth. At no time did I think you were talking down to us, as you put everything about the house in common everyday English so we could easily understand everything that you were saying. Thank you for that.
