Lack of Communication

I contacted Ted about a small electrical project at my home. He said he would call me early the day of service to set up a time (most likely I would be the first appointment of the day). However on the date of service, there was no phone call even after I left a message requesting a time for the completion of the project. I decided to go with another electrician since I can't imagine someone with such poor customer service could provide good work on site.
