Lacking Follow up and Customer Service
I originally had an estimate in June for a fence to be installed. The price and the guarantee was what I was looking for. They checked back with me several times to see if I was still interested in the fence.
After making some changes (mainly clearing the lot), I realized that I would not need as much fencing that was originally stated in the contract. I contacted the company and asked them to please get with me to give me a new estimate. I sent them an email on August 4, 2010 with a copy of my plat and told them the dimensions that I wanted. Because I am living an hours drive away from the property, I explained to them that I would have to either meet them on the weekends or late at night if they wanted to discuss this in person.
I am still WAITING for them to get in back in touch with me. They definitely dropped the ball by not calling me back like they said they would.
They lost my business simply on the fact that they never followed up with me. This past weekend I had another company come install my fence.
