Scott was able to give me a quote based on photos of damaged downspouts I had emailed him. We set up a day for him to make the repairs, he arrived on time as scheduled. I found his demeanor very professional and helpful. We received a heavy rain shower later that day that proved his repairs were successful. I will keep Scott on my list of maintenance contacts for gutters and roofing, and certainly will recommend his services to others.
