MVP Flooring has terrible customer service. It's a joke! We had a problem with the floor they installed and they missed 5 appointments without even a phone call or an apology. Nothing like sitting around the house waiting for someone to show up and they never arrive!! When I finally got them to fix the floor, they were an hour late. The installers had no idea the appointment was moved from 9 AM to 8 AM. I did received a call that morning about 8:15 AM from the office saying they would be there at 9 AM, but as usual, no apologies for being late. Now my floor has a plank that is not connected right or is broken and moves up and down when you step on it, and of course its in an area where people walk, plus my base boards and T-Molding look terrible. I have not received one call from them to ask me how the "fix it" installation went. They may be cheaper than other stores, but it's not worth the headache of dealing with them. I actually had to block my phone number a few times to get them to answer my phone calls and they rarely returned my calls when I left a message. On a side note, the 2 installers are very nice and courteous, and I understand that not everything gets done perfect, but you have to deal with the office folks and that's no fun!!!
