No Show

I had an appointment with Jason at North American Tree to give an esimate for tree removal at 1pm on Monday. I arrived at the location at 12:45 and waited until 1:45 and no one ever showed up. While I was waiting, I left voicemails on both Jason's cell phone and at the office and today is Wednesday and no one has ever called me back. I am a real estate agent and frequently asked for referrals for services like tree removal and deck repair and based on this experience, I will never recommend this company.

The last honest mechanic

My car would just randomly shut up every once in a while. Gordon couldn't get it to happen while it was in the shop, so he took his best guess and replaced the ignition switch for less that $100. Unfortunately, this didn't fix the problem, but when I took it back in, he replaced the fuel injector for NO CHARGE since he didn't fix it the first time. I totally did not expect that. I was already a loyal customer, but this just really firmed it up for me. Gordon is the best!
