RUN (don't walk) away from John Moore

I scheduled an appt well in advance to replace an existing light fixture in a 2 story entry. I was very specific about the height of the entry. The first day they showed with no ladder. After waiting 2 1/2 hours for a ladder to arrive, we rescheduled. The next time the same group arrived with the wrong ladder. I contacted customer service and spoke with a supervisor who assured me that the first issue would be resolved for the second visit. What a surprise when I could not reach her and she failed to return my call. I'll never use them again and I'll tell everyone that I know to choose someone else - if they value their time.
