I am an older lady that needed a deck rebuild and for it to be painted afterward (back in 2008). They did a great job and my son thought so as well and he was the one who built it in the first place.
They had explained that the pressure treated boards could not be painted until they had dried out (or the paint would peel) and I thought it was particularly telling how they came back months later to paint the deck.
I may be old, but I'm still learning. I learned here that quality is not just about how a job looks the day it is finished, but also how it was done from start to finish, to produce lasting quality!
So I'm appreciative of their knowledge and ethics and will remember the experience when I determine value in the future!
