Talk to Women Like They Are Stupid!!
Precision Tune is not doing the warranty work promised on my KIA Sedona a/c. What concerns me for other women is patronizing tone owner-Scott, took when he called me to try and fix the situation, not my car. I explained I was unsatisfied considering money spent in May to have the a/c fixed, for it to work a few brief months. He says the bill shows I got a great price on the compressor and should be pleased, he explained he could never give that price in his Marietta shop. This comment concerns me, I explained he didn’t give me any better price than he would have given anyone else coming into his shop on that day driving that model car. If he does, then he was bigger issues going on, gender biases and racism. I again explained all I wanted was for Precision Tune to correct the mistake made in May, they didn’t replace a hose needing to be replaced and they should now replace it with limited cost to me. Scott made the following reference – “Ms. Black if you bought four tires and then suddenly your speedometer stopped working, would you hold the shop that sold you tires responsible.” Apparently, Scott thinks women are completely stupid! How is that relative? But I do believe the hoses connected to the compressor, Precision Tune replaced, should have either been replaced initially or not gone bad. Yes, I find them relative to the air conditioning, which should’ve been fixed in May.
