Better Then I Hoped

I had my roof replaced and everything went according to plan. The got here at 8:00 and left by 3:00 leaving behind nothing but trampled grass where they put down tarps to catch the debris. The crew exceeded my expectations by fix/adding a few things that weren't technically part of the roof. i.e. painting vent stacks to match, trimming soffit where needed. However, one of the worked did step through the drywall after they removed a rotten piece of decking. Within an hour I was called to schedule a repair and it was taken care of the next day. They even painted the whole ceiling so everything would match. Overall, a great experience with good quality. I tend to judge a company by how they react when things go wrong and what could have been a pain for me to have fixed was taken care of professionally and quickly. Give them a call!

Nice folks!

I took a broken computer to them and got a broken computer back. Typically that wouldn't warrant a positive review but dealing with them was great. My business laptop went down and there were two things I needed: Speed and communication. I wanted to find out what the problem was, quickly. I paid the deposit and the extra amount for expedited service. I got 3 calls throughout the entire process which ended up taking a single business day. In the end the motherboard had failed and there wasn't much they could do that wouldn't cost more than a new unit. So, I'm bickering with HP but Onyx did what I needed them to do in the timely manner I paid extra for. That's my experience. Everybody I dealt with was nice and answered any questions I had. I don't know how long a repair would have taken or how much it would have ended up costing. However, when I run into computer issues in the future I will take it to Onyx with confidence that that matter is in good hands.

Experienced Staff

On my first visit I bought my first "high end" fishing rod. It was actually cheaper than Bass Pro but when I got it home the first guide was cracked. After a quick call I was given a number of options to take care of the problem at no charge. I took it back and they fixed it for me on the spot, no questions asked. There was almost no way I could have seen the issue without putting line on it but they offered to replace, repair or exchange it and left it up to me which direction I wanted to go. I've been back a few times and the staff really knows fishing and have been a big help. Go check them out, you'll find yourself going back!

Save my life

Title pretty much says it all. I went through two different programs over the course of 2 years and I'm finally on the other side of my addiction. 4 yrs sober at this point and I owe it to Ridgeview programs and the staff who work there. It's expensive and if your insurance isn't good you may take issue with the cost. However, I don't feel like that's the institutions fault. They have to charge and if insurance won't pay their hands are tied.

Quick Fix

I called about a stopped up sewer line and they were out the next morning. I thought it was a repair but it ended up being a replacement. I'm always nervous when the scope of a job changes but the situation was explained and made sense. In the end the entire job was taken care of in one day and the communitcation was excellent. The quote was in the middle dollar-wise but they had the equipment and manpower to get the job done on time and at the quoted price. I wasn't happy to spend the money but if I could do it over I would choose Hill Mechanical every time.

Super Fast

My garage door was fixed the day I called. The service rep gave me a number of options and prices for the repair. He did what he said he would do and it cost what was quoted. This alone would get them a good rating but the fact that it only took an hour out of my day made it a great one. I called other places to get pricing and it was going to take a day or two just to get a quote. Overhead Door Co. of Atl. was fast, easy and fair.

Best I've Dealt With

As a former contractor/homebuilder I thought about doing the carpentry and project management myself. I knew it would be a bit stressful but figured I would do the best job. Thankfully my Wife and I decided to have it done knowing that I'm picky about a lot of things because I've done it all myself in the past. The highest praise I can give Exovations is to say that the entire project, start to finish, was run exactly how I would try to run my own. Communication was open, questions were answered and the minor issues that come with any project were taken care of with no arguing etc. Exovations really did an all around great job and I would recommend then to anyone. Remember, you get what you pay for. They weren't the cheapest but I honestly feel like I got a great deal and the entire project was much smoother than I could have hoped for.

Great Local Store

This little store is stocked with a huge number of albums from a variety of different genres. Any more titles in stock would probably violate fire codes. Does it have everything? No. It's not a huge mege-store that can run with an equally gigantic overhead. But I found the guy behind the counter to be more than willing to help at any time check for title availability and offer to order it. So, if I can't find it I can go through Amazon or a locally owned and operated shop. Obviously my choice is the local guy. Plus, they often squeeze live performers into their book/DVD section. Check them out!

Everything Easy!

I was really worried when I had to get my icemaker replaced about gettting "ripped off." However, it had to be done so I called Bobby. From the start he was easy to communicate with and worked with my schedule. The work was done in a timely manner and the price was very reasonable. I can and do recommend Bobby when I can.

Busy!

This place always seems busy but everyone is friendly and the service is quick. It reminds me of a family Thanksgiving. Most importantly, the food is great. Be careful not to fill up on the warm garlic rolls before the food arrives!
