Great Audi Buying Experience

Jeremy was amazing. It was low pressure, he answered our questions honestly and directly and kept us informed as we were waiting for our car to be delivered. Jeremy asked questions about how we drove and really sought to understand what were looking for in a car before he start to show a single car. His friendly attitude and professionalism were well appreciated. This is my second car buying experience and this was hands down 100% better than the last experience at the last dealership. Even on "paperwork day" Rob did a great job explaining everything and walking us through the process. He really made the feeling of sliding a check across the table comforting. Between Jeremy and Rob, we really felt like we were in good hands. We are looking forward to that same level of service when we bring our new A4 in for service and when the lease is up and it is time start the process over again. Thank you for a great experience
