Window Gang

AWESOME

Casey and Josh of the Window Gang just left and I can't say enough about the professionalism and quality of work. In just 1 hour they cleaned my windows inside and out, upstairs and down. Why even contemplate doing it yourself? I now have to wear sunglasses inside my house!

Aaron's is Aamazing!!

I found Aarons listed in the Home Services Review book and on Kudzu.com. I called them just after 8am Tuesday morning and left a message w/Sara. Sara promptly returned my call and said someone would be here between 11a Ė 2p. Just before 11am I received a call from Gabe Adams (an amazing young man!) to let me know he was on his way. Gabe arrived minutes later. When I told him I that I replaced the thermocouple in August and thought it was a little pricey, he didnít even bad-mouth the other company and said the charge was about right. I obviously didnít want to pay for another part and was ready to purchase a new water heater (even had the coupon from their website printed!!) Gabe got the pilot lit and waited to make sure it stayed that way. He then said to me,ĒI would love to sell you a water heater today but, why donít you wait and see how long this will last you! And call us when youíre ready.Ē Everyone reading this knows anyone else would have sold me a new water heater. Amazing, right? And now for the good part. He didnít even charge me! Gabe was at my house for at least an hour and didnít charge me one cent. Gabe Adams and everyone at Aaronís Plumbing have a new loyal customer and fan! Both my sister and I will need to replace our water heaters in a couple of years and there is no doubt who we are calling.

AllGood Plumbing & Electric

went from ALLGOOD to ALL- BAD

I was a repeat customer and Allgood was a no-show! I used Allgood in August, when the pilot light went out on my water heater. A technician was there in less than 2 hours. I was quite impressed. Price seemed high at $200 to replace a wire but, the problem was fixed and I was happy! Sunday evening the pilot light went out. I called Allgood to leave a message so I could get a Monday appointment. I was told someone would call me 730am. I called them at 830am and was advised they would be there between 1 -4pm. At 3:15pm I called them. They didnít seem to know who I was but, assured me the technician just finished a job and would be there by 5pm. I went home and waited. At 545pm, I called and reached the answering service. Received a callback but again they didnít seem to know who I was. I explained the part they replaced in August, which had a 60 day warranty, was not working 73 days later. He said there would still be a charge and I realized I wasted my entire day counting on them and still had no hot water. I told them I was disappointed and that I would call someone else. 730pm the technician calls to say heís running late. Obviously poor communication is not just with the customers. 745am this morning Allgood calls to tell me the original tech, who is familiar with my (standard) unit can stop by now if Iíd like.
