I have tried everything in the past 10 years to alleviate lower back pain, including accupunture, VAX-D, chiropractic adjustments, yoga, and most recently, spinal injections, with minimal improvement. I love to play golf but with each stroke, pain ensued. Now that I have worked with Rich Nyberg(PT) and now Audrey Jones (PT and certified Pilates instructor), I am gaining strength in my core and becoming a "mean machine". No kidding, I am gaining strength in muscles I never knew I had, not only in the core area, but also in my legs, arms, and even my neck. My golf game is improving, as is my pain level. As my sports orthopedist said, "these therapists are the teachers of other therapists...they are the best". Now, off to the links!
