Doctor was Ok, Staff is awful

I went to see Dr. Mepani for some ongoing issues. She ordered a million tests then referred me to a surgeon. I called the nurse once my results came in and never got a call back. I finally had to call a week later and complain which I finally was able to speak with her nurse. The staff is terribly unprofessional, especially the billing staff. Im getting my records as quickly as possible.

Obviously Poor

Sheriff Milner is awful. Threatened a warrant for a stopped check for services never rendered. He said it was a "filing" fee, even though I called 10 min after being there to cancel and ask for a refund. Then he said there was no delete in Gwinnett County. Obviously Gwinnett county is so poor they're calling people they dont even help to collect $25. I now live in Fulton County, because the Sheriff's in Gwinnett are so rude and unhelpful.

Can't stop Raving!

My co-worker actually brought me to this place about 6 months ago, now I go every other week. The food is amazing, especially the Bocci Balls. I tell everyone I meet around Buckhead about P.V. What really makes them stand out though is the customer service. From the moment you walk in your greeted, and asked if you've eaten there before...if not, they go over the dishes, etc. Everyone is SO nice and friendly. I'll eat there as long as I can. great job guys!

Great work, Terrible Customer Service.

Bill Preston put in an air conditioning unit in a home I had just purchased in May. We had a 203K loan so Bank of America reimbursed him. Bill received his first payment on time, the second payment however didn't show up. 4 months after living in the house I get a nasty email stating he would be taking me to court and putting a lien on the house if he wasn't paid. I had never been made aware he wasn't paid. After exchanging nasty emails, I find out his accounting dept never sent in his tax information. Don't use Air Conditioning experts if your thinking for great customer service or to be "wowed"

Couldn't have asked for better

I started looking for a wedding venue in January of 2010 and after seeing the Metro Club I was amazed. The venue couldn't have been more perfect for my wedding in July. Arianne is the best and I couldn't have done it without her. Everyone was so professional and it was beautiful. I couldn't have been happier!

Great Staff and Great Results

I went to Ideal Image on a whim after cutting myself shaving. They were doing a huge promotion and I couldn't say no. Every time I go everyone is so pleasant and its very relaxing. I'm hooked for life.
