Negligent movers hiding behind their contract

Expected some damage in a move, so we could look past the dents on the refrigerator and scratches in the furniture. Then we found the washer & dryer. Somehow they managed to break nearly every knob (6 in total) off the two of them. When we called to complain, they hung up on us. Poor service, bad attitude... they just didn't care about doing things right.
