Understaffed Means Quality Suffers

UPDATE: I sent an e-mail to Dee to explain the experiences I had with her Smyrna location. She e-mail me back the next business day and was kind enough to offer a possible solution. I am thankful that she cared enough to try to make the situation right. **Therefore, I am increasing the stars on this review. LOCATION: Smyrna MY EXPERIENCE: When I dropped off my Lhasa Apso the morning of his appointment, a new receptionist at the front desk greeted me. She claimed "oh he has lots of knots" Well, he had 3. Matter of fact, I pointed one out that she missed because I rub him and play with him every day. Next, I said "I know this may be in his file but please put a muzzle on him when working in and around his ears." I CANNOT BELIEVE at around 2pm that afternoon we received a call that Brenda the groomer could not do anything with "all the knots" and couldn't groom his face because he was giving her a hard time. Simple question was asked "Did you put a muzzle on" Answer, no. $70.00 for a close cut where his legs were cut CHOPPY and a tuft of hair on his buttock was not cut, and a small tuft of hair on his beard was not cut.

Total Quality Services?? Not even close!

Around Dec. 10, 2010 I called my home warranty company AHS (American Home Shield) with a need for my heating system to be fixed. AHS contracted with Total Quality Services (TQS) to fix our heat. TQS gave us a service time window and showed up 3+ hours later after 10pm! Next day still no heat! Over the next 3 days- 4 days TQS came to our home 2 more times, gave excuses about why they had to put other service calls before us and still coming 3+ hours after the promised time and still we sat in a COLD house!! Finally I had to call AHS and escalate the call and was allowed to find a different contractor to help us... Today Dec. 19, 2010 "Veasey Total Completion" fixed the issue in 30 minutes and found mistakes that TQS made. For example, TQS improperly wired the thermostat so on the coldest days in Atlanta our heating system blew out COLD air since it was wired for the system to run on FAN setting!
