Turned a scheduling error into a good experience
I needed to schedule a same-day cleaning for my townhome before it was being shown by an agent the next day. I scheduled online, which was easy, but then got a call saying it would need to be later. Then 10 minutes before the scheduled appt at 7pm, I was told it would be 9:00. I got frustrated, but Joanne (owner) showed up, was a pleasant a could be. She owned up to their mistake (which is a rare quality these days) and gave me a break on the price. So what could have been an unpleasant experience, turned into great service.
