I hope Home Depot reads this

Was given a 4 hour window (standard) and 2 hours in I got a call that their truck had broken down and my window was being extended 2 hours. Their deadline came and went, no delivery, no phone call. They get a 1 for value because even though I wasn't charged for delivery, I would have paid for it to be on time.
