Awesome Job!

The tub and tile surround renovated by this company looks fabulous. Candice worked to squeeze my job in as I had some new tenants coming in and the tub and grout was awful. I could not get the black to go away. Her specialist arrived on time and worked for two days to make it a glistening white and flawless beauty that I was proud to welcome new tenants to. She took time to explain to me the process and why and how they take so much care in giving me a quality job that may last over a decade. I definitely will call them when I have another rental bath that needs a Miracle overhaul.

No Client Service -especially on billing issues

Be careful you don't get lost in the monolithic organization called Atl. Gastroenterology Associates. I have been dealing with an issue with them for 1yr+. My husband and I both had colonoscopies in Dec 2009 and were assigned 2 different drs. We discussed with both doctors that the ins. co. assured us that the procedures were fully covered the first time. Dr Peji coded it differently than the other dr. and the ins. co did not cover it. When I tried to deal with this through the billing dept. the machine says they will call back in 72 hours. Never got in touch with anyone. Finally I wrote a letter to Atl. Gastroenterology. No answer. Requested to speak to the dr. - never did. Finally after calling Galen Advisors for the 6th time to try to payoff this bill and getting voice mail, I wrote an email. That was 5 days ago. No response. Another call today - more vm. They won't even reply to get the bill paid off! Don't deal with these people. The insurance billing hassle with Galen only gives you grey hair!!
