Use a better company
Called in to book appointment, waited 4 minutes on hold, told them voucher number. Technician called when he got to my property, $4 trip charge not included. Technician calls back 20 minutes later to say their call center doesnt have the voucher number, cant begin work. Call back to call center and they bring up my screen with the voucher number entered in when I booked.
