Definately will call again and refer to friends
My gas furnace went out on New Years Eve (the coldest night of the year) Dan was the only person to respond to my call out of 4 service people that I left messages with. He returned my call within 10 min. on New Years Day at 6:30 am and was at my home by 8:30am. He was unable to repair the problem immediatley because of the holiday weekend, but did offer suggestions on keeping the house warm. He did everything he could to keep the costs down for me and even made a second trip out to my home to verify information to see if the repair would be covered under the manufactures warranty. In the end he fixed my furnace and the repair was less than he originally expected. I will definately use Dan Bell again and refer him to all of my friends and family.
