I wish I had known about all the negative reviews prior to signing up my child and myself to this practice. I too was told that I needed a deep cleaning and also had a crown done that has since fallen off in less than 1 year. On numerous occassions, the billing has been incorrect and I have had to request full audits of my account and wait weeks to be refunded. I never could understand why my child and I are listed as one account, instead of them having their own account. Balances get intermingled, it becomes a challenge to find out which cost has not been reimbursed or which one was overcharged. I always feel like we are just being shuttled in and out without any true concern. We have seen multiple doctors, whoever just happens to be in at the time. The new management, "Great Expressions", is a complete joke. You dial what you think is a number directly to the office but you end up waiting on hold for up to 20 mins just to make an appointment or reschedule by phone. In the background, you can hear all the other "representatives" on their phone calls with other customers, repeating individuals' confidential information. Other than some of the front desk ladies who have been rather nice on most occassions, my time with this company had been a complete disappointment. Unfortunately, my child is still undergoing orthodontic treatment so we are stuck on that. Even though I hate switching doctors, for regular dentistry, we are outta here!!!
