Horrible, Rude, Unprofessional, DO NOT USE THEM!!!
I rented from them and I can tell you that every one of these bad reviews is 100% correct. John is mean, rude, unprofessional, and forget about getting your deposit back. When I called him to repair anything he literally YELLS (AS LOUD AS HE CAN) over the phone. Then he would try to instruct me over the phone how fix things so that he does not have to come out. It was such a horrible experience dealing with him that I just didn’t call for repairs anymore and decided to move when my lease ended. And of course they are going to take your entire deposit. I had a walk through with them and they assured me that I would get most of my money back. A month later they sent me a bill listing things that were marked as “ok” in the walkthrough. I asked them to send me receipts copies as proof that they repaired or replaced the things they claimed three times, twice by email and once by certified letter. I have yet to receive anything except a promise that he will send it. I am seriously considering filing a civil case against him. I have no idea how this guy is still in business, he is rude and unprofessional, and his staff is not much better. All they care about is making money and they will do by any means necessary. BTW, he keeps the bank interest from your deposit. He will tell you that is how GA does things, which is not true…new to GA fell for it, DON’T BE STUPID LIKE I WAS, AVOID THEM AT ALL COST.
