worst customer service ever
besides over an hour wait time on the phone - and a rude service personnel once connected i can't imagine this company staying in business much longer. they pushed a new software service that disconnected service for 2 days and it was their fault. they would not prorate our bill and have been giving us the slow speed internet even though we have been paying for the preferred service with the boost. i am calling the AZ att general and the bbb - cox service is the worst.
