Fabulous Birthday Dinner
I want to thank C & S Seafood for a fabulous Birthday dinner for my girlfriend Saturday 8/31/2013. When my girlfriend selected this as the place she wanted to have her birthday dinner I did not hesitate because we have been here many times and have always had excellent food and service. But this time not only was the food fabulous the service was outstanding. I want to personally thank Arnold and his staff, and a special thank you to our waiter D. They made the entire table feel like we were the only ones in the restaurant, and they catered to our every need without hesitation. This will always be our favorite restaurant in Atlanta. We will have many more events here. I highly recommend C & S Seafood for casual dining or a special event, and we will definitely be back. Robynne S.

Horrible Customer Service!!!
Today 1/07/2011 I went to return a LUTRON dimmer that I purchased just to see if it would work with my remodel. I was accused of bringing back an item that was used; they initially refused to refund my $37.00. It was never used; the one girl even implied that it had paint on it, I was appalled and offended. The salesperson that sold me the dimmer was off today, I called him last week to tell him I had purchased the wrong dimmer and was bringing it back. If it was used then that is what I was sold. I just know it had not been installed because it was the wrong one. So, the one lady goes in the back and she must have seen where I had the original sales guy hold seven of the dimmers for me in case the one I purchased was the right one. Because she then called the other girl (the one that had accused me of bringing back a used item) to the back and once they came out it had been decided to refund my money. I requested an apology and I told them I was offended that they would even think I would try to bring back a used item and they refused to apologize. Because of this experience I have decided not to patronize this establishment; they just lost my purchase of the 3 Schonbek pendants and the Artichoke lamp that I was going to purchase. I will no longer refer them to friends, as I have in the past. This is not the customer service that I remembered from the old location years ago. Robynne Shelton
