The folks at Schantz were very quick to respond to phone calls and not only provided a great repair at a fair price, but identified some future concerns to keep on my radar. I would definitely use them again.

Very solid support

Despite some bumps during the process due to us not knowing exactly what was underneath the existing floors, Simply Floored did an excellent job of working with us to make sure we had a floor we were happy with at a reasonable price. The flooring manager Thiago, our sales person Tom Bennet, and the crew leader Oz made sure we were satisfied and went above and beyond to overcome obstacles. SF is by no means the cheapest, but they do deliver on the value proposition of a quality installation at a very fair price. I also felt completely comfortable leaving the crew in my home when I was not there.

After visiting multiple retail jewelers, I was thoroughly unhappy with the experience of trying to buy an engagement ring. A friend recommended Ascot and even though I didn't think my budget was large enough, I sent an email and they not only set me up with an appointment, but assured me they would work within my financial constraints. My jeweler, Brittany Odom, did an excellent job of making sure I had a wonderful experience and got a fantastic ring that has gotten many many compliments. I was so happy with the experience that we also purchased my fiance's wedding band from Ascot and I will without a doubt do further business with them in the future.
