Robert, owner of Richardson Residential, LLC completed several renovations & repair jobs for me that I was very pleased with. Phone calls were promptly returned, my questions & suggestions were treated with respect & Robert took the time to explain things to this old lady that knows nothing about renovations. Kitchen, bathrooms and floor renovations done & I am very pleased with the professional results. The work areas were completely clean when the jobs were finished. Detailed cost estimates were within reason & total costs within the range estimated. Time schedules were set and mantained. I really appreciated being treated with respect and it is a relief to know I have someone dependable & honest to call in the future.
