Dr. Tarlow is that rare breed of conservative surgeon; that is, he is going to do his research, weigh the information, and only go forward if he feels the surgery will be beneficial and successful. Dr. Tarlow created an ACL for my son from his hamstring since my son never developed one. But first, Dr. Tarlow did his homework since this is a very rare case.
