Great "on the phone" advice
My leaking problem could have been a real costly situation. Majestic took the time to talk it through with me and determine what I could first do as a homeowner. This advice allowed me to avoid a service call. Majestic could have just made an appointment.......but instead they showed a desire to first help me "do it myself". I respect this approach and want to work with this kind of company. Good job Majestic, I'll be calling you and referring you in the future.
