No quality control
I used Allgood plumbing for both making some minor repairs and for the plumbing part of a bathroom remodel. I spent about $3600 over the course of a month. The plumber caused or made two leaks (new leaks not repairs of old leaks) that leaked through my ceiling into the living area below. This is costing me several hundred dollars in aditional repairs. The quality of the work was not good, When I complained about some of the issues a manager came right out and charged me an addition $150 to make the toilet flange sit level and "neaten" up his work on undersink pipes. The plumber left dirty fingerprints on my freshly painted drywall, left a tool behind, reversed the hot and cold on the shower... the leaks and all these other issues were not caught or even checked for by Allgood. These were things that I found when checking the plumber's work. After hearing all these complaints the manager offered me $75 for my troubles. That won't even cover a third of drywall repairs. I did not accept their offer and do not recommend that anyone use their services.
