Muddled and neglectful ‘service’
I have used Delta computer services several years ago, so I decided to try again with a Acer laptop that would not boot up.
I had my own suspicions to the problem but I thought I could get some estimates from them and a “professional” diagnosis.
I turned the laptop into Delta on a Saturday. I did not get a reply from Delta, so I phoned them on Wednesday.
After being but on hold for awhile ... I was told the motherboard was dead. I asked for a repair estimate but was told they could not find a replacement part right now and the technician was out.
This computer is less than 3 years old so it seems odd they could not offer a final working estimate. Sort of ridiculous for a "Diagnostic Fee" of $55.
I retrieved the machine from Delta and they acted like they could not find it but eventually located it ... doubt that I will return ... ever.

Charges out of line (?) ...
I must agree with the previous post regarding the prices here ... I have not been to any other eye doctors over the last few years but ... of late ... I find the prices here to be very ‘champagne’ to my ‘beer’ pocket book. And I don’t feel the ‘champagne’ in the service either ... I wonder how it is at other eye businesses?
The rates at this office appear to have risen faster than the cost of inflation and I cannot make any sense of the invoice they provide. Besides this ... there appears to a high turnover in the general office staff, but they insist that they do not hire interns. hmmmm ...

Customer here since 1996...
I’ve been bringing my 1994 Ford Ranger to McCullough auto care since I purchased the truck in 1996. At first it was because they were close to the place where I worked.
Now I bring my truck there because I think they are the most honest, and competent place in town.
They always do a good job, it may take a few days but I’d rather have slow and steady than fast and screwed-up.
Thanks.

Would recommend ...
Advanced spa repair was one of the most helpful businesses I have used in the past few years. Punctual, courteous and really knows his stuff. I would use them again and recommend them.
