Disappointing is the only word I can come up with
I've been going to this office for a few years. It's pretty in-line with other Dermatology offices as far as annual check-ups.
I should have seen the signs to change when first, I saw billing charges from a doctor there that I never saw. I was seen by a PA and charged for a physician visit. I handled that through my insurance company. Last year I had to go in for an issue and a small sample taken to be screened by a lab. Well, instead of results, I received a letter telling me my sample was lost. Apparently the carrier taking the sample to TENNESSEE lost mine and others' samples. (Of course the courier's associate blamed Derm Cons, so I still don't know what happened.)
Then this year I used their ZocDoc system to book an appointment. I received all confirmation and even reminders for my appt. I showed up and I wasn't on their schedule and couldn't take me in. Now, my time is as important as the doctor's and I sent two messages to them with NO reply. They didn't bother to make it right and that was three strikes. I'm taking my business elsewhere.
