Superior Plumbing Services

Don't use Superior Plumbing - Huge mistake!

My water heater went out nine months ago, I hired Superior to replace the 'thermal coupler'. This morning the 'new' thermal coupler went out. I called Superior Plumbing who scheduled a tech to come out late afternoon. Upon arrival, I was informed that I needed another thermal coupler as the new one they had supplied failed, and that they do not service Whirlpool products any longer. I was told that I should call Whirlpool, order the part and then call them back when the new part came in, and immediately proceeded to hand me an invoice for their service call. I called another plumber and they came out within the hour to replace the thermal coupler. Superior only warranties their work and parts for 30 days. The normal life expectancy of a thermal coupler is 10-15 years. I am moving all of my business.

Cofer Adams Building Center Inc

I was highly impressed with value and service.

We were having a project done for the 4th of July holiday. The contractor we hired left ordering of lumber and parts to us. I compared several companies prices and service with a quick call to each. Cofer Adams' customer service was excellent, quickly answered my questions provided prices and offered free shipping with larger orders. They delivered the lumber 2 days later in a perfect stack, exactly where I had asked it to be placed. No fuss, no muss. I will order from them again.

Nalley Infiniti-Decatur

Average service

We purchased a vehicle from Nalley. Ken was our sales person, and I liked his no hassle approach. He just answered my questions, let me test drive a few vehicles. After we made the determination to purchase, we were left sitting for a couple of hours while Ken went to help other customers. We did not care to have our vehicle purchasing experience interrupted, nor did we like spending our day sitting in a chair waiting to have our salesperson come back to finalize the sale. If we had not been neglected in this manner, I would give a better rating. Whatever happened to customer service?
