Dale's Locksmithing Service

No Customer Service

It took over a week to receive a reply via a 9:00 PM phone call. An appointment was set during the week. I had to leave work early for this appointment, which they canceled while I was on the road, 45 minutes before the scheduled time. A follow up appointment for Saturday morning was set. They never showed up. I'm quite disappointed considering they had terrific past performance reviews. Unfortunately my experience has trumped others reviews and I will not proceed to attempt to do business with them any further.
