Don't Be Fooled!
UPDATE:My review was not posted in response to any collection efforts and payment was made for all services. This post was made to reflect my negative experience after ignoring the other negative posts. The company's response to the posting is only further evidence that they are incapable of accepting criticism. ORIGINAL: While the cleaning crew that came to my house did an awesome job, the manager treated me in an unprofessional and rude manner. So don't be fooled by all the good reviews like I was, because in my experience the bad ones are true! I thought maybe they were just disgruntled customers among the many satified customers, but my interactions were very similar to the other complaints noted on kudzu.com. The manager repeatedly changed my scheduled appointment day to suit his schedule. He did not appreciate any negative feedback despite his claims that he wants to hear how they can improve. When he didn't like what I had to say he stated that I was yelling at him (even though he was yelling at me) and he thought it is completely acceptable to hang up on me. He also thinks that saying he is sorry for inconveniencing me and my family by changing the service date is all it should take to resolve an issue. Unfortunately while the cleaning crews are great, dealing with the manager's attitude and practices is not worth it. It goes without saying that I will not be using their services in the future. (And found a new service with the same quality but less hassle.)
