ok

they had to reschedule, but they showed up so that is good. They said I need more pine straw than i ordered which was a surprise because i order the same amount every year.

This company is a HUGE disapointment

We spent over $8000 on new A/C and a new furnace this past August, then we added a humidifier and spent about $1000 on that too.In addition to heating, we used Reliable Heating & Air for plumbing and electric work in the last few m months on our home improvement projects.We gave a lot of business and spent thousands of dollars.This morning the furnace stopped working, It is one of the coldest days this winter.We called Reliable Heating & Air at 9.00Am,we were told we are prioritized, after 11.30AM we called again and then we were told the technician has 5 scheduled appointments so he will be at our place around 2.00PM.After I called again I spoke to the manager who said it might be later but they will honor the warranty and they will show up.This was not just a warranty issue, this was an EMERGENCY, the temperature in the house was dropping by a minute and our pipes my freeze but hey, they need to service clients who will pay them first and push the free service calls till later. The manager told me that scheduled appointment come first. Interesting, we had two regular plumbing service appointments just a week earlier pushed till later because of emergency calls (but these were most likely paid service calls, not warranty service calls).It is very disappointing that Reliable Heating & Air is fast to take your money but super slow to come back to fix problems.I hope the owner of the company reads this review and maybe start treating the clients who were loyal a little better

Put new lawn in our backyard

Kirkpatrick's turf put a new lawn in our backyard. After a few weeks some of the areas turned dead, also the ground was bumpy, it was not flatten well enough. I sent an email to the owner who replied he would take care of it. After a month I emailed him again asking him when he would take care of it because we would like to have a lawn we can be happy with. He emailed me back that he has us on his list and that he is busy and wil take care of it when he has time. That was over three months ago. I found his email very unprofessional. We gave up on waiting. This company is more interested taking your money than providing a quality service. If your choose Kirkpatrick's turf, they will come and put new lawn but do not count on them ever coming back to correct anything.

Extremely poor customer service

I have gone for my yearly check up ( I like my doctor) but administration is awful! Even though my insurance covers 100% yearly checkup, I was told to pay a copay. I called my insurance which confirmed I was not supposed to pay anything. When I called (after many trials) I actually got a person on the phone who said that they will send me a check back. A few weeks went by and I did not receive any check. I keep calling, there is only an answering machine that picks up, I keep leaving messages and nobody EVER calls me back. I am going to make a complaint to the State. The customer service is terrible. They do not care about their clients.
