My aunt (who's not too computer savvy hence why I'm leaving review for her) lives out in Mountain View, CA and a few months back she wanted to see what was underneath her old carpets. She found what she was hoping for hardwood floors. They were in pretty bad condition so she needed to find someone to refinish. She was referred to them by a friend in Palo Alto who had carpets done through Elegant Thread and was aware they had a sister company Elegant Floors that does hardwood floors. She gave the folks at Elegant Floors a call, they were very helpful, gave options, gave free estimate, and then that was that. They came on schedule, sanded, refinished, and stained and there was no dust or mess after.. Let me tell you as an eye witness, it looks amazing and made a huge difference in her home. She is ecstatic about them, shows them every chance she gets.
