Reilly Dental

Just extraordinary

When you have something in your life that's good, it's just wrong not to share it. So I wanted to do a testimonial for the best, nicest, most skilled dentists in Atlanta. I drive past a hundred other dental offices to get to Susie and Tom Reilly, they're that good. Twelve years ago, my teeth were wonky and crooked, old and yellowing. Today my smile lights up a room, thanks to Tom Reilly and his skill at transforming a mouth. Thank you, Reillys, for turning what was once a dreaded chore into a fun and pain free visit. Every single time. Their office is in Marietta and worth every mile it takes to get to them.

OK, if you don't mind finding garbage in your food

Lovely outside patio, cute wait staff, okay food -- if it doesn't bother you to find kitchen trash in your salsa. Would not have been an issue if the manager hadn't laughed his head off at how *funny* it was that there was trash in my meal, and gone on to regale me with a story of another guy who found a rubber band in his meal. Add that to the filthy bathrooms -- I should have taken a hint at that point. I wasn't looking for a comp. I was looking for a sincere "I'm so sorry. This should never have happened." Huge fail. I'll never go back.

Follow-up

I posted the review titled "Beware the bouncing prices". In response to that post, the owner posted a query as to why I didn't call and discuss my concerns. I DID. The woman who answers the phone (Carol?) was quite offended that I suggested that an adjustment for the carpet that hadn't been cleaned. The owner finally did return my call, almost a week later. By then, I felt that my business wasn't valued so I just let it drop. Sorry, but I stand by my post. My first experience with your company was wonderful, the next two experiences -- a disappointment.

Simply the best.

I loved these people when I replaced all the windows in my home and I love them even more now. I have never dealt with any company so eager to please, so anchored in integrity, so full of the nicest, most professional employees and owners. When I purchased the windows, I lamented to John, the salesman, about having to paint them to match the trim on the house. He suggested living with them a week or two before making that decision. I did, and it turned out that the windows look BETTER than the old ones did with the trim finish. After washing my windows a few times, I had managed to pop out some of the parts. When I called to ask if someone could come out and fix them, Jonathan said he'd come the same day. And he did. After hours at no charge. I spent my career doing customer service training for companies across the nation. This company could go into the customer service training business, too. They are the prototype of excellence in customer service. Thank you, every single one of you at North Georgia Replacement Windows. It is SUCH a pleasure doing business with you.
