I would call someone else...
I called Aames to schedule service for my business after hearing ads on talk radio. (Note that I called the Marietta/Gwinnett location but this number is listed on the same website) I really should have checked here first. I was thrilled when I called with a non emergency and was told someone would be out the following day and was given a four hour window.
Then the four hour window came and went, I called the office and was told that I was the next stop and it would be 45 minutes. Now this was not an emergency but this is a business and we have a schedule to keep.
When the two service men arrived they were not professionally dressed and greeted me with, "Someone call a plumber?". I told the tech that we were having problems with one of our toilets clogging but it was not clogged at this time. The response was, “What do you want me to do… it can get really expensive.” I'm not the plumber, that's why I called them.
In the end the problem was fixed (or I think it is, the lead tech told us if the problem persisted that they would need to come back to do more work) and it wasn't terribly expensive. The second tech told me to call again if we have problems because it will be cheaper as we are a current customer. But in this case you get what you pay for.
