Great food and even better beer.
5 Seasons has really stepped it up a notch with the arrival of Kevin McNerney from Sweetwater. In addition to some of the old favorites brewed by former brew master Glenn Sprouse, Kevin is brewing more hop-head friendly recipes such as Hopgasm. The food quality is comparable to the beer quality as well--there is no frozen deep fried "bar food" here! Just great food made with fresh LOCAL ingredients.

Proving that good help is hard to find.
Talked to a guy there to get a quote on tires for my G35. The guy acted like he was on drugs or something and said that he couldn't contact his warehouse to check on availability because it was 5:15pm and said he would call me back today. Never heard from him--business lost > $1,000 and all future business.

Not cheap, but do a great job
I've been using these guys for 6 months or so and they've done a great job. With the previous cleaning company, I noticed that over time the house gradually got dirtier and dirtier. With Amazon, the house gets cleaned up to a standard level every two weeks.

Wow have these guys gone downhill
I try to spend money with Dunwoody businesses whenever possible, but these guys have just gotten too goofy for me. The guy answering the phone today wanted to pick a fight with me over the phone about needing to slightly tweak the tire sizes for my G35 so I could by Goodyear tires. He was all freaked out saying, we won't install those tires on your car (235/50-18 instead of 225/50-18). Well, they just lost over $1000 in business and all future business of mine.

Hated It!
The wait staff was very attentive to the regulars and totally ignored us. I had a shrimp dish that tasted like it was swimming in brine. My wife was shocked when I said it was too salty for me—she didn’t think that was possible. Another guest at my table had it and agreed. It was so salty that it gave me instant heartburn. I would have complained to the wait staff, but they were ignoring me and chitchatting with the regulars. The waiter did get a $.01 tip from me—something I rarely do.

Great Food, Don't Like the Atmosphere
The food is really good here, but the atmosphere is very loud--approaching the volume level of Macaroni Grill.

Great Food, Wine, and Friendly.
This place is a hidden gem. We were actually referred to it by the owner of another restaurant in Dunwoody—I had been in this shopping center hundreds of times and never even knew it was there. They have an amazing wine selection. Unlike other restaurants that cater to regulars and may first timers feel like outsiders, the folks here treated us like family the very first time we went there.
I RECOMMEND RESERVATIONS here on the weekend!!!

Great Low Cost Mexican Food
We are semi-regulars at La Botana and I have been going almost since it opened. They have very good quality Americanized Mexican food—you know the stuff with lots of cheese. They do have some good pork and shrimp dishes too, which I think are probably more authentic Mexican style. The La Botana Supremo margarita is really good!
It can get very loud and as another reviewer said it's almost impossible to get in there sometimes on the weekend, but hey, when I'm not paying less than $15 for an entree, I don't expect awesome ambiance.

Said what he would do--Did what he said!
Frank did a great job. I had some repairs needed after other vendors messed up a ceiling patch job. He was busy when I initially called, but instead of just ignoring my call (which is what most vendors do), he called me back to let me know that he wouldn't be available for a while.
I had been burned by several other drywall vendors and was willing to wait to have the job done RIGHT.
He did a great job and finished when he said he would.

These guys are honest and do a great job
I've been using Scott at Chequered Flag to maintain my 1996 Volvo 850R since it went out of warranty. His team does a great job and I trust him enough to have referred multiple friends to him. He has one of the few businesses that I have no problems referring other people to.
I used to work in Alpharetta and he was very convenient, but even now that I live and work in Dunwoody, I still drive to Alpharetta to have him work on my car.
