Green Heating & Cooling, Inc.

We had a service contract with Green for 2 years to service our units twice a year. One unit stopped blowing cold air. We were told there was a freon leak and that the unit should be replaced. While getting estimates for a new unit, we contacted three other companies. Not only did all three companies recommend repairing the unit, ALL THREE companies remarked that neither unit looked like it had been cleaned or serviced. The unit has since been repaired (not replaced), both units serviced, and they both run great. Not only did we lose money on a service plan (where apparently nothing was done), we also lost time waiting for the technicians in their four window (if they even showed).
