Tree CARE, as well as SERVICE
It's clear that Mike has a passion for trees, and somehow manages to convey that through his personnel. I had 22 trees removed after a storm about 10 years ago and I used Mike Rowe's Tree Service. Was so pleased, that I called him back to take down a diseased oak - about 80 years old and about 80 feet tall. It was an all-day job and I was concerned about damage to landscaping and grass. His capable team took care of everything. His rate was fair and right on-quote. Arriving at 7:30am and working through until 7:00pm - very VERY pleased with their work.

Collector's Treasure in Fayetteville, GA
Only open from 1pm to 6pm on Mondays and Thursdays (others, by appointment or prior arrangement) and when you walk in the door - the limited "walk-around" space might give one the impression that the place had been recently ransacked. However, for the seasoned collector - you KNOW that this often hides a bounty of genuine, quality discoveries. Add good, personalized service and you have a truly winning combination for both collector and investor. Also carries collecting supplies

Superb Appetizers - mediocre entrees
At our table were three couples. We had appetizers of shrimp rolls, crab meat and cheese and basil rolls. They were absolutely fantastic and service was prompt and efficient. Entree orders were taken soon - but arrived at the table sporadically. The food was only luke-warm but the spicey dishes were indeed spicey. Our server was very slow to refill our drinks (tea). I'll be back - but I hope they're reading this and that they improve dramatically.

Good Atlanta Pizza
On a world scale - it won't rate. But in the Atlanta area, where good thin-crust pizza with excellent, fresh toppings, sauces and cheeses are served HOT, are not that easy to come by, OZ in Fairburn is a real rising star. The servers are mostly teenagers and college age kids - but their attitude is good and service is usually at least passable. I go for the pizza and salads - not for the outstanding service and for good reason.

A Model Contractor
In today's market, it's not uncommon to arrange a contractor perform a service only to wait and wait and wait. Finally having to reschedule because they got a bigger job - or whatever reason. Davis Window and Door is the model by which all others should be judged. From the day the salesman came to my home to demo the product line (extruded vinyl replacement windows) to the moment at which the installers drove-away, every aspect of this transaction was great. We judged three vendors (Andersen, Marvin and Davis W&D) and chose Davis. The installers arrived at 7am on an April morning (as promised) and they cut-out the old and installed the new. 17 windows were involved and all work perfectly. They were gone by 6pm - and the site was cleared of debris. Highly recommended!

You'll Think You're In Philly
possibly the best cheese steak outside Philadelphia and certainly the best in metro-Atlanta. Top quality beef, onions and cheese sauce on a steamed roll. Reasonably priced.

Outstanding Hibachi in Fayette County
The hibachi side is slightly above average but the sushi side is stupendous. Top-quality ingredients and skilled chefs prepare unbelieveable presentations for your enjoyment. I recommend the seaweed salad although the ginger dressing is good too.

Taste Of Britain
The proprietors of Manchester Arms have managed to create a truly English atmosphere in a family environment reminiscent of Pubs in the United Kingdom. Guinness on-tap as well as a good assortment of ales, ciders, lagers, porters and American beers. The Shepherd's Pie is very authentic - and GOOD, as are the Fish and Chips and "Bangers". You'll want to make this a regular haunt!

Competitively-Priced expert car repair
Whether your need is for towing, quick repairs or expert diagnostics Craig Automotive can provide them. My experiences with them began with annual emissions checks. Later, I expanded my association with them to general auto maintenance and repairs - as I try to make my older cars last a while longer. The staff is friendly and the shop is clean. Men and women, young and old will feel comfortable with Glen and associates.
