Worst most unprofessional carpet cleaners ever!!!!

The most unprofessional business I have ever come across. First the carpet cleaner named Roy was hitting on my girlfriend for an hour telling her all about his exwife. Uncomfortable, I know... Then He took only 10 mins to clean 2 full rooms. My carpet was soaking for about 12 hours, and after it was done drying, it looked like someone threw chalk all over my floor. Reluctantly we called back to ask about a possible reimbursment, a manager named Jesse came by and told us how unprofessional Roy was and how sorry they were for the inconvience, they even offered to clean a rug for us to smooth it over, nice right? NOT! Its been two weeks since we seen our rug, and when we called about it, they acted like didn't know what we where talking about. A manager named Mary actually hung up on me when I said I wanted to talk to a manager. And even Jesse acted very rude to us, and basically washed his hands of the situation and told us that we have to take it up with a manager. Rude, uncooperative, and unbelievablely unprofessional.
