Great place for therapy, rehab, & exercise!
My husband has had terrible back problems ever since I've know him. He would go to a chiropractor to "fix" it but it never lasted. He started going to Kim at Stability and figured out that what he needed all along was physical therapy. Kim taught him to correctly use his back muscles to relieve his current pain and to further avoid future pain and injuries. Kim then started getting him to incorporate pilates in his therapy so he encouraged me to try some pilates reformer and group classes there. What a great way to tone your body and strengthen your muscles! I've taken classes from Kim, Katie, and Jessica and they are all excellent therapists and instructors! I highly recommend trying Stability out, you'll be glad you did....I found a great new form of exercise and I don't get any more back complaints from my husband :-) life is good! Oh and by the way, the receptionist is so friendly and knows everyone by name, great service!
