Absolute worst customer service

I had two appointments with this company. they cancelled the first one at the last minute (when I called to see if they were going to show up) due to "problems" with the previous appointment. Today, I was called and told by the service technician " I have to be somewhere at five o'clock so I wont make it to your house". No apology, no explanation, just he won't make it. Question......where was he supposed to be other than my house??? I asked the owner to tell me where his technician was supposed to be an got NO ANSWER. The owner has NO control of his business. The very worst company I have dealt with in a very long time. I hope they go out of business.
