A Complete Disappointment!
Don't bother.....your money is better spent in hiring an accountant and letting the community run itself. They don't return phone calls, emails, nor do they offer any help when you do hear from them. I had an 'accounting mix' up from the first month they took over our HOA accounts and two years later, after multiple apologetic emails from our community rep and his boss, I get an email from one of the VPs (and she was emailed along with the other employees) She addresses me by the initial of my first name and asks me to drive 40 miles to meet and discuss the issue. When when I decline the meeting she asks, 'why are you dissatisfied with CMA?' Guess she never read any of the emails I sent her (including the one I had sent her that day). *sigh* SO Disappointing!
