Beware the bouncing prices
These are really nice people and I must say the first time they cleaned my carpets, they looked like new. I was thrilled. The second time was okay, but it was clear the same care hadn't gone into the job as areas that had come clean a few months earlier now showed distinct remaining dinginess . On this visit, I was charged for throw rug that they didn't clean, and when I called to ask for an adjustment, the woman got very defensive. So I ate the difference. The third time, the price jumped from $260 to $360 for the same job, within just a few months. They're good at what they do, but I can't get past feeling like they just make up the price depending on whether your house looks like you can afford to pay up or not.
